Today on Health & Longevity, Dr. John Westerdahl’s special guest is Dr. Emily Ho, PhD, Endowed Chair and Director of the Linus Pauling Institute at Oregon State University. This program features the Linus Pauling Institute, a research institute at Oregon State University. The institute is named after two time Nobel Prize winner, Dr. Linus Pauling, one of the world’s greatest scientists and humanitarians. Dr. Emily Ho discusses the institute’s research and mission, and the role of nutrition and dietary supplementation in achieving optimal health. She also discusses the institute’s Healthy Aging Program. This program is dedicated to the life and work of Dr. Linus Pauling and features audio excerpts of Dr. Pauling discussing the concepts of science and health.
