Dr Campbell (The China Study Part 2)

Today on Health & Longevity, Dr. John Westerdahl introduces his friend, Dr. T. Colin Campbell, PhD, Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry of Cornell University and author of the landmark nutrition book ‘The China Study’. Today’s program is Part 2 of a two-part radio broadcast. Part 1 of the radio broadcast aired last week (listen to podcast of last week’s program if you missed it). Dr. Campbell’s lecture, ‘The China Study’, was presented before a live audience in Honolulu, Hawaii. Dr. Campbell was one of the main scientists who conducted The China Study (the China-Cornell-Oxford Project), which is considered the most comprehensive study on health and nutrition ever conducted. In the lecture Dr. Campbell discusses the importance of a plant-based diet in the prevention of diseases such as cancer.
